Working with Battery Dance Company

Battery Dance is about teamwork. The company views performance as a collaboration -- as much between the audience and the performers, as it is a collaboration between the performers and other members of the creative team.

The Company has always believed that dance should be accessible to all; it strives to be flexible with respect to its programming and collaborations.

If you are interested in presenting performances by Battery Dance Company, our requirements of a performance venue are outlined in the 'Venue Requirements' section, below.

If you an educator and would like to learn more about working with Battery Dance to create an educational residency in your school, please contact Battery Dance Company's Artistic Director, Jonathan Hollander.

He will schedule a meeting (for schools located in the New York City Tri-State area), or discuss the Company's programs, objectives, availability and funding requirements.
